One of the too few truly elegant riders of today. This seat is the goal for every dressage rider. Deepest knee and heel, thighs turned inward as much as possible, elbows connected to the hips, and the knucles connected to the withers. The rider's shoulders are visibly parallel to the horse's shoulders, with the outside shoulder rotated forward, and the rider's hips are parallel to the horse's hips.
